Fourteen steps lead up to the bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, TV, VCR and private bath with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has two twins, TV and bath on the hallway with a tub/shower combo.

Guests will enjoy a pool on site and access to bike paths and golf and tennis facilities. Shipyard has a private beach club and reserved parking for the resort's guests.
