The bright and cheery decor of this villa is very warm and inviting. The living room is spacious and has comfortable, floral furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with black appliances and white cabinets. Enjoy dining al fresco on the lagoon view, screened porch. The villa has two bedrooms that consist of a queen bed, and two double beds. Six people can sleep here comfortably.

Some of the resort privileges include use of the resort pools and access to the fitness center. Play some tennis on the great tennis courts. We are a short five minute walk to Kiawah's beautiful ten miles of pristine beach. We are just 200 yards from the luxury, ocean-front hotel The Sanctuary. The Sanctuary offers a full spa, fine dining and many shops. Our villa is also conveniently located to the new Turtle Point Clubhouse and instruction center.

Kiawah gained lasting fame for its spectacular, oceanside golf courses, all designed by top golf pros. Besides golf, tennis is a popular attraction, and Kiawah's scenic, undeveloped shoreline stands among the country's best beaches. In an effort to maintain the integrity of the barrier islands, developers have preserved the most sensitive terrain and lumped land-use so that it doesn't negatively impact wildlife and vegetation. An increasingly upscale dining scene and a few shopping enclaves provide further distraction, and Charleston is only 21 miles north if brief escape is necessary.
