In this condo you will find two bedrooms, two baths and room for six people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, toaster and many other conveniences. Also in the kitchen is a breakfast bar and seating for three people. The living area has a rock wall with a gas fireplace and a window. The first bedroom has a queen bed and in the second bedroom there is a TV, window and two twin beds. There is a double sofa sleeper for two extra people.

Fawngrove comes with a common parking area and is located close to Main Street. Other amenities include an outdoor hot tub, washer and dryer. You are not that far away from the Park City Resort or the Deer Valley Resort.

There are activities for all ages and skills. The area has many ski resorts with world famous skiing such as Deer Valley, The Canyons and the Utah Olympic Park. There is down hill skiing, cross country skiing, hot air ballooning, ice skating, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and tubing in the winter. In the summer, there is biking, hiking, hay rides, horseback riding and great golfing. There is wonderful shopping in downtown Park City and great restaurants.
