This contemporary condo comes with a sun deck and hot tub. There is a view of Snow Park from off the sun deck. You are located on the shuttle route for easy access to the Snow Park Lodge. You are also not that far from main street where you will find shopping and dining.

This three bedroom, three and a half bath condo features a living area with a TV, access out to the deck and a gas fireplace. There is a full-size inflatable bed available in this condo. The dining area has a wood table and seating for six people. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, ice maker and dishwasher. The first bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan and TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and in the third bedroom there are two twin beds.

SunSpot is located between main street and the Snow Park area on Lower Deer Valley Drive. There is a common garage area, high speed internet, a washer and dryer. There are two decks and a barbecue available.

There are activities for all ages and skills. The area has many ski resorts with world famous skiing such as Deer Valley, The Canyons and the Utah Olympic Park. There is down hill skiing, cross country skiing, hot air ballooning, ice skating, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and tubing in the winter. In the summer, there is biking, hiking, hay rides, horseback riding and great golfing. There is wonderful shopping in downtown Park City and great restaurants.
