The house is located at the bottom of Little Cottonwood Canyon with four resorts within 25 minutes of the property. The snow at the nearby resorts is greater in quantity and better in quality than the other local resorts. There is a view up Little Cottonwood Canyon from the front of the house.

This home is spacious and offers two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a garage. The 5 bedrooms are equipped as follows: a king in the first bedroom; a queen in the second and third bedrooms; two doubles and a twin in the fourth room; and another set of twins in the fifth bedroom. There are also two double sleeper sofas, giving space for 4 more guests.

This house is conveniently located close to grocery shopping, food, video rental, and ski equipment rental. It is one block from a park-and-ride that operates on a 30 minute interval to the slopes in the morning. The owners can arrange equipment rental, lift tickets and auto rentals at a discount.

Entertainment and restaurants of downtown Salt Lake City are about 15 to 20 minutes away. You will also find a great variety of entertainment, shopping and restaurants close to the house. For those who love to ski, this is the place, with several ski resorts nearby. Take a trip to Park City and enjoy the shopping and dining offered there, only 45 minutes away.
