This well laid out home offers three bedrooms, two baths, paddle ceiling fans throughout and has a basket ball court. There is lots of privacy with the location of this home.

The living room features vaulted ceilings, a beautiful gas fireplace with mantle and large windows/sliding glass doors that overlook the large brick patio outside. There is a fire pit on the patio, if needed for those cooler nights or for roasting marshmallows.

The kitchen has been updated and has all major appliances. Small appliances such as a toaster, blender and coffee maker are also provided.  There is a washer and dryer on the first floor in the home that can be used.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, second bedroom has a full size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. This home can sleep up to six people.
