The great room is adjacent to an open-air dining area including an eat-in bar area. A powder room is conveniently located in this area for guests. The view from the two-story great room through large windows and glass doors is of a beautiful pool and Jacuzzi accompanied by a sprawling grass area accenting the 16th tee of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course in Palmetto Dunes.
The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, separate shower and Jacuzzi. A second master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, spacious dressing area and bath. The third bedroom features a queen-size bed and bath. The fourth bedroom has two double beds and bath. The fifth bedroom has two twin beds. There are a total of five TV’s in the home. Four bedrooms are conveniently located off one hall connecting to the great room. Outside around the pool you will find a new gas grill, charcoal grill and lounge chairs.
