The living room has a sofa and loveseat facing the TV/VCR/DVD and stereo. There is also another seating area with two chairs and an ottoman. Off the living room is the spacious kitchen. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the dining room. The dining room is also open to the living room and has a table and eight chairs. Doors from the dining area lead to a screened porch with seating for six around a table, two lounge chairs and a loveseat. A ceiling fan provides a breeze anytime of the day. A door from the porch opens to the multi-level deck overlooking the pool and lagoon.
This tri-level home has three bedrooms on the lower floor and two bedrooms on the top floor. Downstairs, you will find a bedroom with a queen bed, TV/VCR and great pool view.
