Just seven steps to the front entry; most of the home is covered in beautiful hardwood floors. The formal living room has hardwood floors, a decorative fireplace, a sofa, and a slider door to the pool area with a charcoal grill. Off of the formal living room is the dining room, which also has hardwood floors and a table that seats eight. The fully equipped kitchen comes with hardwood floors, a bar area that seats two, and a breakfast table that seats four. Off of the kitchen is a cozy little sunroom with a sofa, flat screen TV, VCR, and a door to the deck area. The living room is open to the kitchen and has hardwood floors, a sleeper sofa, decorative fireplace, TV, DVD, and lagoon view.

The three bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house. The first bedroom has a double bed, TV, and carpet. The second bedroom has two twin beds, carpet, and a TV. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination, that can be accessed from either bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, carpet, TV, and a slider to the deck with lagoon. A private bathroom has a tile floor with jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
